justine_steph @hadleykrygier Once a buyer has received their item they have 3 days to click Accept Delivery or file a dispute. If they’ve not done either by the 4th day after delivery, then the $ is released into your Poshmark balance.

justine_steph @hadleykrygier As soon as they click to purchase a screen comes up for a buyer to enter their payment information and then Poshmark holds the $ until the buyer receives the purchase; so the seller has paid, but the $ isn’t accessible to either party until the transaction is complete- meaning the buyer can’t just change their mind after you ship an item too - there’s protection on both sides.
