Dress from Anthropologie

This dress is on the short side. I’m tall so it’s like mid thigh on me. I think the proportions are off for my height. On a less tall lady I think it would be great! It’s got a stretchy navy top (very comfortable and flattering) then the skirt puffs out a bit with a small bit of tulle underneath
