@tameerah20 If you cant exercise, do what you can. Any type of movement will help your body in general or physical therapy if that is an option. This sweat belt is good for posture but mostly used for cardio. It wont necessarly help with the muffin top. For that I would suggest the waist trainer since this can be a bit bulky.

@tameerah20 As for the sizing, I would need to know the waist size in inches and not the dress size. For example, I could range from a size 2-4 in pants but I actually wear an XS waist trainer at the moment. If I went by pant sizing, it would be too big.

@tameerah20 There are also core exercises that you can do consciously that doesnt require for you to do crunches. Just imagine bringing in your belly button to your spine and holding it. Google vaccume twist by Heidi Powell. That can help too.
