Beautiful Urban Outfitters Pins and Needles dress. Sleeveless, scoop bodice with a decorative silvery stretch waist band and a striking lace bottom. Dress length from shoulder to bottom of lace 31.5 inches. Back neck to dress bottom 30 in. Center dress front to bottom 28 in. 2 in decorative silvery stretch waist band. Waist - 22 in. Will stretch to 29 in. Left side zipper. See pictures for fabrics.
