Adidas Climalite Royal Blue Shorts

I bought some shorts-only to discover it had a white mesh bikini insert inside. Not sure if they are for running or swimming, but see pics for details. Aside from the beautifully bold bright royal blue main color there is white mesh side inserts with blue and grey stripes on each side for breathability which has about a 2" slit at very bottom, tennis shoe drawstring on elastic waist for added security. Approx measurements: outseam 10.5", inseam 2.6", rise 12", waist 16.5", hip 22". Pet friendly home but kept in spare room storage tub. Wood background is dining table, not the floor.
