@delgmanmelaniea there is a partly shown picture of the recommend waist measurement for each size if you like you can check that but I always advise my costumers to go one size up from their shirt sizes so if your regular 2X get a 3X from the waist trainer

I’ve never used a waist trainer before so I’m a little hesitant. Is this something you need to wear daily? How long ata time is recommended? Sorry for all the questions, but I’ve seen a few now and I really want to give it a try, but unsure.. also, I normally wear a medium top, but only because my chest area is too large to wear a small... so, would you recommend I start with a medium?

@jessi0677 good evening not a problem would be happy to assist. Waist trainers are often mistake to be used only for cinching the waist measurements it could also help with posture regulating the size of the meal tigtening the stomach earia also helps with doing proper workout positions. I have two styles of waist trainers breathable and latex the latex one helps sweats more and loose fat as well but it's uncomfortable if your planning of wearing it on daily bases.

@jessi0677 so it is important to know if your looking to workout with it or wear it during your daily routine either way I would recommend to get size Medium as s start the recommend time for best results is daily not more than 4h a day never during sleep you could loose inches of your waist very quickly if using it properly.

@veseladimitrov hi I'm looking to get my waist back and loose fat on my mid section would this be the right one for me? Also I wear a Large or X Large depending on the top and how it runs only because I'm busty a 38DD or 40D again I like comfort nothing tight or cutting into me so I wear everything big! What would be my size and would this be right for me? I wore one before but it was those rubber pull on ones it didn't do anything!

@imagetheory hello yes this style will help loosing inches from your waist but in order to do so it will fit tight please have that in mind and also I usually recommend to go up a size with waist trainers just because they are tight and most of my costumers are not used to the tight fit feel.
