The measurements are as follows and were taken with the dresses all lying flat. They do have a fair amount of stretch though that has to be taken into consideration.
S- 14” bust/ 39” length/ 12” waist
M-15 1/2” bust/ 39” length/ 13” waist
L- 17” bust/ 39” length/ 14” waist

@lynnkeefer7202 I think a large would work for you, the vendor has a large listed as an 8-10. This dress has a ton of stretch.
