Because of the blouson and tulip sleeve shape the bust is a little tricky to determine because the sleeve can accommodate at slightly larger than 35" bust (I myself have 36.5" bust and it's not tight at all)
The under arm to arm is 36." The armscye is 15.5 from shoulder seam to bottom, which is a bigger than average
The hips are appx 37.5" which on me is a little tight
