Express Gorgeous Blue Cocktail Dress Size Small This dress is so comfortable and the blue is sooo pretty! The elastic waist band allows for some stretch. It’s a small but I wore this 2 weeks after giving birth to my daughter and I still had a tummy! You couldn’t even tell! This dress is really flattering on! There is a mark on the front and on the shoulder. Both not seen at my time of purchase but I still wore the dress and you couldn’t even tell LOL It hasn’t been washed so it could come out!
