Are you positive it’s not Navy because I remember holding it up to the black one because they are so close but if I am wrong I will absolutely send you a return label and replace it with black!! I could certainly be wrong! I haven’t had a return yet so let me figure out how to do the return label. Give me an hour!! Again my apologies for the mistake. Eileen

verucasalt333 No worries. Yes, I am sure it is black I looked at it in the sun as well. You said replace it with black but it is black and I need the Navy one. No problem - these things happen. Otherwise very happy with the clothes. I will be on the lookout for news on the return label.

So it says go to your purchases and find the item and hit not as described.. they will send you a return label! Once I get it i will send you the Navy one!! Sorry again for the mix up. I’ll put the navy one aside right now.

eileenbrand @verucasalt333 what?? That’s so crazy! They don’t even respond to my messages. That makes no sense at all. I have explained it twice to them and was waiting to hear back thinking all they have to do is read our conversations to know what happened if they didn’t believe what I said. There is nobody to talk to at posh, it’s all just send a message and wait. Ugh thanks for letting me know. I’ll keep trying on my end, so sorry but this is really ridiculous for a co this big!

eileenbrand @verucasalt333 well poshmark will not do anything to rectify this. The only way I will get paid is if you repurchase everything since you were completely refunded and then I guess they will pay me. I’m sorry and I know it’s a ton to ask but I’ve argued over and over with them but it’s a final decision. If you could do this I would very much appreciate it! Eileen Ps. I am so sorry for this
