Like a dress w shawl in one! Yep needs tlc w loose threads, but NO stains, Bustle maybe attached later can remove snap on right not intact. pls ask me! It’s more like a custom pierce when the Mom would want her daughter suited up to her her “MRS” degree! Will look again for u, tho! I’m open to any questions - vintage or otherwise! — anytime!
