Cute all occasion blouse!

Cute multicolored blouse! The arms are the best part they flare out and have ruffles! Size XL. New- never worn. I must add if you are top heavy or if you have thicker arms this shirt may not fit you the best. I am too heavy and it was TIGHT around my bust area. Just a heads up- I want you to love all purchases from my closet! :-)
