I also have medium and large available. Medium underarm to underarm measurement is 19" and total length from shoulder to hem is 23.5" Large underarm to underarm measurement is 20" and total length from shoulder to hem is 24.5"

sashasposhes @dholdensmith it's probably pretty close. I just looked at the underarm to underarm measurement on a couple of size 12 dresses that I have listed and they are right around 19" and this measures 20", so I would say that's a pretty good guess. I hope that helps😊
