militis805 @lawiechart Hi, I purchased the ring with black insert and need some help? The insert keeps coming off, could you ask the ring maker what adhesive they used to attach it please?

lawiechart @militis805 I’m so sorry to hear about this issue! I contacted the jeweler and he said the insert was secured with bob smith industries CA glues. Also I was told if it it worn frequently while washing hands or exposed to hand products with alcohols in them the glue will breakdown faster than with normal wear. Please let me know if I can be of any help! Again, I’m so sorry this has happened
