Dual layered with windbreaker type material on outside, elastic at waist and ankles, drawstring at waist, zipper pockets, and some reflective details. Rip tag intact. A few popped stitches in the seat gusset seams as shown. **ETA: Black pair sold! Only have navy pair left.
