If you go to my closet and click on my followers~ hit Every blue button. You will then be following those people and most likely they will follow you. Also, at the 10 pm party Every night~ You can share your Whole Closet out to that party. It runs from 10pm to midnight. Just in case you didn't know. Any other questions, feel free to ask. Also, if you like a certain poster or closet~ hit the heart symbol. It will store it in your " likes". All you have to do is go into your " likes" and it will be stored there. tough2sweet @jd9730 Hi! And Welcome!!💜 Every sale of mine, I always sent a thank you note and made sure all contents would be safe during the shipping process. I always wrapped each order as a gift. You never know what people are going thru and believe me, I have a ton of " Love Noted" saying they love it. I always aim to keep 10 available items in my closet. If I sold 1~ I would list something new. Does that help?

tough2sweet @robyneldred Share to your followers. You can also share your closet to Any social platform you are active in. Facebook ect. Parties~ there are certain parties thru out the day. It will specify what the party is for. If it's jeans, Share your Jeans. Every night at 10 pm until Midnight You can share your Whole Closet to that party. Did that help you at all?

tough2sweet @kimscheehood. Hi, if a certain person likes something and you want to send them a " personal " offer~ go up top of you're closet. You will see what looks like a suitcase. Click on it. You then click on sell( I believe the word posh is using now) scroll until you see the name. You should see where you can make them an offer or write to them towards the bottom. If not. I'm here to guide you thru it.

If the offer is not a lowball, but below the price you had in mind to sell. Do you generally accept or counter back a bit higher? I countered once a few days ago and lost my buyer. I appreciate any insight you can provide.

tough2sweet @jd9730 You need to counter.if the price is low. Remember Posh takes $2.95 under 20 and 20% over $20. You need to make a profit. You will lose some people but others will usually accept or buy it at the price you have it set at. Don't accept lowballs. There are some that want something for nothing. Set your prices high, if it makes you feel better. Then you can take the price down somewhat if need be.

tough2sweet @jenwiand. Lol. Sorry just came back on. One way to follow people is go to a person's " followers" and hit Every blue button. They may not always follow back but that's one way. Another way is go to your shop tab. Scroll until you see people( near where your school etc is located) you will get all New people and all New Closets( people who have just started). Does that help?

jd9730 Hi there! Thanks so much for sharing my closet!, I had an interesting thing happen today. Someone made an offer on the hat and I accepted. A note came back from Poshmark saying the buyers payment did not authorize and they have asked for another form of payment. Has this ever happened to you? Is it unlikely I will sell to that buyer?

tough2sweet @jd9730 Hi. It happens occasionally. Posh won't let anyone purchase until it has been proved they have the money to pay you. They may come back. Sometimes they don't. Posh is protecting you and there are a lot of scammers on here. Never give your email, if someone asks. That's a Big no. I will help you share as much as I can. Don't jump at a sale. You Will sell. 💜❤💜

When someone likes something and clicks on it, it will let them know when you last updated it. Rotate what you have in your closet around. When you can post something new. Congrats on your sale! Or you can let them know how quick it would ship. Ect. If you have a bundle discount on 2 or more items~ that's basically how to get them to buy more. Or just wait. People Love to buy. You can do anything. If you wanted something, what would make You more likely to Purchase?

tough2sweet @serena_evelyn Hi and Welcome! Signs you get~ Google and screenshot them. To get them into your closet, you go the same route as if it was something you were selling. To rotate sold items to the bottom you would share them.out, they would then be at the bottom. After you " share" them out~ do your " Sold" signs next. Then everything " for sale" is shared out last. Sounds complicated. If you still don't understand, I'm here to walk you thru it.

tough2sweet @thyme2create Hi. A Love Note is what someone would leave if they rate you on an item you sold them. If they rate you 4 or 5 stars when they receive an item purchased from you. But it Only makes it into your " Love Notes" IF a Comment is left. Your " Love" notes are under your Abouts" at the top of your closet. If you still have questions~ I'm here.

Scroll down on his or her name. It will let you make an offer( way at the bottom) or you can write that person . If you need more help, let me know.

crazygenius How do you share your entire closet, or more than one item? For example, Jeans? Also, is there a way to move things around. This probably sounds stupid, but I color coordinate and group my actual closet, and it makes me crazy not being able to somewhat do the same here. tough2sweet @fancynancyrdh Hi❤ you share your closet out to your followers one item at a time when ever you feel like sharing. During the day Posh has different " theme" parties that are only for specific things. If you have something that fits that theme( say Jeans for example) share only those. At 10~midnight Posh allows Everything to be shared from your closet. You share each item one by one from your closet at the 10~midnight party. Does that help?

You just do what feels right. You have to picture how you would like to be approached if you like something. What would get You to buy? Does that help you?

I was getting lots if sales the first 3 weeks, now it seems like things have slowed down almost to a halt? Any ideas why? The only thing I did was add a bunch of more items.. maybe less is more?? Around 7pm is a hot time to sell. To share your Whole Closet to Fb or any other social platform you would hit the top 3 buttons at top of your closet. Then you can share it that way. It will tell you how to do it. If you share to say facebook, what you would see, would be a " post" for people on Facebook to go to Poshmark and buy from you. Don't get paranoid. Just keep pushing and sharing.

Then to get it into your closet~ You go the same route as if you were listing an item for sale. You would just check " other" for Category And hit Not for sale. Does that help? Once you click on it, you will see "sell" to your right. Scroll to where this person bundled. It will say see bundle. Scroll down. You can talk to them privately and there at the bottom, you can send them an offer or lower shipping if you choose to do so. Any other questions, I will do my best to help you.

To make a Profit, you would want to consider your price. If I was to Offer a bundle discount,( Or drop your price) I would price higher then be able to drop the price or select a discount. closetfixation Yes, but many poshers offer an across the closet ex: 20% off if buy 3 items. So could see a buyer purchase the expensive item and then two low price items and get a big discount, and it seems like you would just be giving away the two low price items. I don’t know, I do understand that it helps to move merch. Just wondering if that has ever been an issue with offering bundles in a closet that includes low end and high end pricing. Possibly offering bundling is worth it in the long run over time.

Or you can do what I did~ which was Not offer a discount But if someone Bundled, I would then either A) Offer them a Personal % off or B) Lower the shipping thru the Bundle feature( the suitcase icon) at the top of your closet. You can talk to them privately there. It's all a Personal preference on how you want to do it.

And maybe you will get an idea of what your price should be. I'm not familiar with the brand you're selling. But just keep sharing and you can Share them both Every night at the 10pm~midnight party. tough2sweet @cwishrn~ One thing I do is when I make a label, I print 2. One goes on the package and the other one goes into a file with what was purchased. I use that sheet for the USPS Tracking Confirmation #. So if they don't come and pick up my package on scheduled date, I have a # to prove my call to them. I also put date of purchase, Date of pick up, Delivered and Rating. I don't use a computer or have any special books or equipment except my printer. Everything else is done by me. Hope that helps.💜

If anything was wrong with your purchase, you will be asked exactly what. You receive a " Love Note" Only if A good comment was made. So if you rated someone with 4 or 5 stars and left a positive comment, it will show under your " Abouts".

Sometimes they hit the Bundle feature by accident. You can go thru your bundle icon ( suitcase symbol~ top of your closet) and see if they actually did bundle. You can leave a comment thru that.

jpeasncarrots35 @tough2sweet how do you know when you're being scammed? I had a buyer try to get me to send her more stuff offline and when I refused she trash talked all over my listings. Also, she had never rated me or released the funds, poshmark released them to me 8 days ago, and she went and gave me a one star saying that my stuff was not labeled correctly, and was dirty, and smelled bad. But why would she want me to send her MORE stuff if it was so bad?

I know like anything else the more work you put into it the more you’ll get out of it. I’ve sold a decent amount of stuff I was on for Six weeks took a break and just came back recently. But I have a lot of stuff that I can sell more for than these 7-12 sales. I don’t seem to sell those but they are all in perfect condition some have tags attached

The 10pm~midnight party , you can Share your Whole closet. They say only share each item 1 time each. I always share 3 times what I have. Confusing!! But definitely share!!!❤

When you go to share, hit the top right dots in your closet. It will say " Share Closet" click on that and then a social media acct you have. They will get a link to your closet on here. Make any sense?

But that's me. Wholesale would be good if you know a certain item sells and you would be able to buy that 1 item in " lots". Like I use to buy makeup and make up kits for teens or for gifts. I just pretty much do my own thing. It would be totally up to you. Your closet is going to sell well. You're a Natural!❤💜❤

tough2sweet @jessdal730 Ok. Will try my best. Basically, you find someone who wants and does trade. Second, you each find something in each other's closet. You agree to mark that listing ( both of you) to $3. That way you are basically paying shipping. You both send out approximately the same day. Done. But there are " traders" that will get your package and Never send yours. Hope that gives you an idea.

Add accessories or a touch of flair to show it off. If you’re comfortable with it, modeling your own items is great, because then people can see how it fits on a real person. 6). If someone bundles something, click on it and leave a comment / offer a discount price. They are probably looking for a deal.

shop_sole @tough2sweet 7). SHARE A LOT. I go onto brands I like and just share random items I think are cool, regardless of whether it’s my size. This has gotten me a lot of followers. This is also a great way to find stuff you want to buy! Use the filters and do a “low-to-high” search to find stuff people are just trying to get rid of. I’ve gotten amazing deals that way!

If someone leaves you a comment asking for measurements or better pictures, try to get it up as soon as possible. They are a potential buyer. tough2sweet @potatoholic Your observations are accurate but I talk from experience. You can't just say " filter" to a New Posher, they don't know what a filter looks like or exactly what it does. I think you need to make your own poster and share your Observations there so more can see them. I have been on Posh long enough to know New Poshers Need Simpler explanations then what Posh gives. When there is a party, for example Everything Shoes Party, can I share the shoes in my closet to that party AND to my followers or will it only show on one or the other? My other question is I tried to do Offers to Likers on a couple of items but it kept giving a message that the offer wasn’t sent and to lower my prices I was doing 10% + shipping discount and it kept giving me the same message, do I have to do 20%? (I’ll be lucky to keep $5 then 😩😆)

If you resend that again ( the -10% and lower the shipping " to soon to the same likers Posh won't let you do it. You would then to -20% and lower shipping. I believe when you do offer to likers~ You can only offer it to the same likers every 60 days. If someone new comes and likes it, the -10% and lowered shipping would be sent out ONLY to that 1 liked.

tough2sweet @katlambert9 Follow games are a game someone has in their closet. You would " like" the game by clicking on the heart symbol. Then you would scroll down to where everyone has put a " like" on it. Click on the # of people who like it. Anyone you are Not following will show a Blue square. Tap on each blue square~ You are Now following those people.

If say you want them to play a follower game you just found, You would then where it says " comment, You would just write their closet name but with the @ symbol. For instance~ if you were to tag me, It would look like @tough2sweet .

ashtan2017 Hi, I saw your note on rushing to ship. Yes, I try to do same day or next day ship. They get their item and don’t acknowledge receipt nor provide feedback till we get that PM auto deposit. My question is........do you contact customer? I have done if I lookup and it’s like a 1st time buyer et al.... which was the feedback a lady provided me she wasn’t aware and acknowledged immediately. How about adding a note in package upon shipping to do that.? Thx.

Some think you get paid as soon as they purchase. I would also by the 2nd day that you know they have received their package( remember, they have 3 Full days) tag them under the listing that they purchase~ and " Nicely, ask if everything was ok with their purchase, to Please accept their order.. Sorry, I'm late in replying~ I just woke up.

If you accepted and she is having a problem with the $, you can hold( which you would make it " Not for sale" until she's ready to purchase). If you Do not want to hold~ You are No way Obligated to hold. Just politely say you cannot hold because others like your item. If she wants the item, she'll get the funds. Anything else, I am here.

But is there a way to create & post a bundle without it being to only one follower, and only include specific items from my closet? For example in my closet I have 3 individual listing for items from Charming Charlie’s (a choker and 2 sets of bracelets that match that choker) can I create a bundle with those 3 specific items?

For example I have a number of very nice (not solid gold) earrings listed individually at the moment, that I would offer a bigger discount on if more than one pair was purchased. I do t want to do a percentage discount and allow them to bundle anything in my closet.

tough2sweet @kkleppin That would be nice. If you don't want to take a certain pic of a Bundle and reupload, I would say creating a sign would be your best option. You can put what ever you want. Say for example~ " Bundle 3 or More... for a ... % off. Ask me how..."

previewparty A few questions: when you list a new item does it always go up on a special (new listing) board? If so, who is able to see it? tough2sweet @anotherarmoire Hi, When you list something New , It would go under " Just In" when people search through the " Shop" tab. Your followers are the ones that see it. And I believe anyone else who searches for that particular item If you put the Name brand on it. My understanding of changing your Closet name on here, Is that you can't. But I know people have. I would Email Poshmark for that one. Or look under their Posh frequently asked questions. Or Posh Etiquette.

Click on that and you can fill with different pics and write what you want.( Right now you have a Poncho on there~ you will have to take that out and put what you want in instead) You would go the same route as if you were putting something in your closet to sell.

previewparty 1. I have seen sellers “thank” other sellers for sharing their item. How is this done? 2. Received a “added” for a dress. This particular seller previously shared a Lilly shirt of mine. By sending me the “added” dress, does this mean she would like one price for both? 3. is there anyway to find out who I am following while shopping. tough2sweet @previewparty I will have to answer these one by one. If you are in someone's closet, and to see if you are currently following them, Does it say " following" at the top of their closet? If so, you are already following them. If the " Follow" button in their closet is blue, then you are not following them. Click the blue button, Now you are.

Hit " Not for sale" then hit " List" ( top right corner"). Done. Hopefully I got that all right. But it should get you to where you want to go.

You need to put that in your main title and description. Under Brand, write the brand. Adidas ect. That is what a lot of people will look for.

tough2sweet @kkleppin The first time It will include any one who liked it. Any New likers After that you can Drop price 10% plus lower shipping. BUT Only the Newer person/ persons receive it. If you want the first ones to get it again, you would then have to mark it -20% and lower shipping." There's a time frame for Offer to likers". To check on it, I recommend looking it up in "Posh Most asked Q & A"or " Posh Etiquette".
