Rails White Silk Layered Button Down Blouse

Super unique and rare Top from Rails! The top part of the shirt is 100% cotton and the bottom layer is 100% silk. True to size and super flattering!! Only worn once and in perfect condition other than a very tiny mark that I am pointing to in one of the photos.
