NWOT DRESS FROM MONTREAL size L-XL

This dress is beautiful. It does not have Tags I don’t remember the brand. I bought at a boutique in old Montreal, Canada. I had bought this dress specifically for a black tie wedding ... then the wedding got cancelled 😳 and it was in the back of my closet until now!!! Now it doesn’t fit 😔. It can be strapless or has adjustable straps, the white flowers are 3D per se as they are not flush with the dress. This post does not include accessories. Lmk if you have any questions
