Beautiful black dress with dots that look like raised velvet, trim around neck. Scoop neck and sleeves that come to the elbow, dress has sash with very unique bow at the waist. Dress is size 00; approximate measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit - 16.5”; waist - 13”; hips - 17.5”. Dress does have quite a lot of stretch everywhere except for the waist. The waist stretches but the hips and bust stretch quite a bit. Dress is approximately 34.5” in length.
