Flounce top has raw edge ruffle. 15 inches across bust unstretched. Arms can be worn on or off shoulders. High waist strappy bottoms are fully lined. Unstretched they measure 14 inches across waist, 15 inches across hips and have about 11 inch rise. They seem to run a bit small, not a lot but a little, maybe a size, so please check the measurements to a swimsuit you already own. Note, my boutique items may have designer tags, my store tags or both, all are brand new.
