luckygirlcloset @riverbend932 you share to followers & Poshmark parties. there are lots of people sharing so your shares will be mixed in. try sharing at least once a day or more. there are several Poshmark parties a day. some you can share everything & some are themed & you can only share items that meet those guidelines. there are millions of people on Poshmark so don't worry about people getting tired of seeing your stuff. also continue to list new items to your closet to keep it fresh.

luckygirlcloset @riverbend932 I just checked your closet. try to put as much info about your listing in your headline. brand name, color size. that's how people find your items in a search. also there's a place you can put your inventory number which is hidden to shoppers while you're listening your item. also put as much info about your item in the listing. measurements etc. that will cut down on questions asked by shoppers.

karterandkam45 @luckygirlcloset Goodmorning I’m looking for help on a sale i made last week if u can kindly go to my closet and help me please I sold a Gucci cap 🧢 that i literally only had in my home maybe five days after i purchased it here in on posh it was to small so i reposed it , now the new buyer won’t release my funds first she said it smelled of smoke which i didn’t smell any smoke order when i received it and i don’t smoke 🚭 secondly she claims she accepted the order twice still nothing help ‼️

luckygirlcloset @karterandkam45 Good morning. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with a sale. I suggest contacting Poshmark and have them resolve the issue. The only way a buyer can hold up your funds is by opening a case through Poshmark. Usually the funds are released after 3 days even if the buyer doesn't release the funds. Whatevers going on only Poshmark can solve it. Hope you can get it resolved quickly.

Just tell your buyer you've contacted Poshmark and they'll resolve the problem. Leave it at that. I wouldn't continue a conversation with the buyer.
