Is there anything securing the closure besides the belt? Also, it says in description this runs true to size, but the chest for a small seems big. It's not oversized?

@theladytracy Hi! The top is closed - so it's put on like a pullover. The chest does run on the bigger side, but the top isn't oversized. It has a loose fit.
