@bodhi108 All measurements were taken lying flat. 14.5 inches from sleeve seam to sleeve seam at top of the shoulders. 19.5" measured 2.5" down from top of shoulders. Bust is 18.5" measured from armpit seam to armpit seam. Length is 34" from bottom of collar. I hope that helps!

@araphoto The fabric is just like a couple if coats I have that are waterproof. I can test it when I get home from work, if you like.

@araphoto I tested it tonight. It is water resistant, but not waterproof. Scotchguard could work to waterproof it.
