katargue I just reread your message- my purse still says pending shipment? Also I have not received any unknown pkgs yet. Poshmark told me to open a report once I receive it- whatever it is- they will send me a shipping label to return to you. I will do that. To insert or even elude to me not being honest is so unfair. I always do the right thing. Whomever has my bag needs to return it to you naturally. I’m just waiting for whatever pkg you sent to me by mistake

gregndarla I placed my first order on Poshmark with you and I was excited for it to arrive. It was delivered when we were out of town. Our neighbor picked it up for us and we just returned and I opened it. I was very disappointed in the purse because the pictures showed that it had a heart on the outside pocket, but it came with a butterfly on it. I didn't realize that there was a 72 hour window to report a problem to Poshmark. I thought I'd see what you might do to resolve this before rating the purchase.

amfisher214 Hi Laura, I just received the pink Lululemon yoga mat bag. I am so disappointed. It is dirty and stained with black marks and pen markes. The zipper pull is cracked and pealing. Had that been shown or written any where on the description I would never have purchased this. There are other bags for the same price just like this one. I would have preferred one in much better shape, even if I had to pay more.
