I’ve made the post office aware of the situation with these packages and that I’ve had contact with both buyers, you and the other party. The other buyer has fully cooperated and you are not.

We can settle this now by you returning the package with all 4 of it contents or you leave me no other choice than to go forward with all 3 charges and you’ll be banned from Poshmark.

Poshmark told me to open a report once I receive it- whatever it is- they will send me a shipping label to return to you. I will do that. To insert or even elude to me not being honest is so unfair. lakeazure Hi. I just received the tan Sundance hobo bag. I love the bag, but it has a strong odor. I'm not sure if it's smoke or leather cleaner. Could you please tell me if you used a leather cleaner with a strong odor? That will help me figure out how to mitigate the smell. Thank you.

royalposhgal @lakeazure yes I use leather cleaner. It’s meguuiars. I have a smoke free home but I buy these bags in large quantities and I can not smell so If the bag has an odor I wouldn’t know. Im going to start putting some kind of freshener in the bags. Sorry about that.

gregndarla I placed my first order on Poshmark with you and I was excited for it to arrive. It was delivered when we were out of town. Our neighbor picked it up for us and we just returned and I opened it. I was very disappointed in the purse because the pictures showed that it had a heart on the outside pocket, but it came with a butterfly on it. I didn't realize that there was a 72 hour window to report a problem to Poshmark. I thought I'd see what you might do to resolve this before rating the purchase.
