bargainhunter31 @sljtex Good morning! I measured the jacket for you and have included them in the pictures above. The hips are approximately 20 1/2 - 21 inches. The shoulder is approximately 17 - 18 inches depending where I measure from. The bust is 21 inches. These are flat measurements. I hope this helps in your decision.
