Super-fun polka-dot pumps from Sam Edelman, with leather-lined fabric uppers and leather straps. (The straps have a tiny bit of elastic, and I believe the yellow sides are manmade.) The heel is just over 3 inches. Elegant and fun--a classic shape with a whimsical twist! I put 7/7.5 because I think this style in this material runs large. (Nordstrom says so, too.) I went back and got a 6.5 for my size-7 feet. (However, I also have these in all leather, and I kept the 7 in those.)

caroline549 @eglitters , sorry for the delay responding--I was out of town. They are not new; I wore them once or twice before getting the smaller size. The fabric part is black, not blue. (The fabric is a tiny bit shiny.) And I don't see any marks except on the bottom of the soles. (That white spot on top is a bit of a bend in the fabric.)
