Brand new crushed velvet jogger set size 12 months

Brand new pink crushed velvet shirt and pants, with 2 stripes going down arms and legs, size on this is 100. If you look at size chart I would Size down 1, runs slightly smaller, but is awesome quality and nice stretch material. I would say fits 1 year old. Elastic waistband for the pants
