vulgaris_lilitu @girlduranduran you are so kind! I realize it’s not your fault at all, stuff happens. The rubber band was still in tact it just leaked out of the sides of the cap and the bag you put it in was filled with it so I tried to scrape together what was left because it smells SO amazing. girlduranduran @vulgaris_lilitu Good Morning. So first I received an auto generated email, I responded back and asked them to send a new shipping label with new tracking numbers. Then they sent back an email very much not to my liking...they said that if the buyer is unhappy that they need to contact them 😡. I said I just wanted to make things right by the buyer at no cost to them. I have no idea if they are going to send it, Frustrating!

The only thing I can think of is that if you "like" the item and I send you the offer and I discount the shipping. But everyone that also liked it will get that same offer.
