Hello I was just wondering is this a stretchy material? I'm close to an 18 sometimes I'm between a 16 and 18. What size would you recommend?

@hwood24 it has a little bit if a stretch to it but not a lot. It run very true to size. I hope this helps. It I were you I do a 18 but I like to have a little room in my outfits.

@ptan0704 sorry it was to big. Size 16 bust is 20.5 waist is 17.5 inches. With the jumper laying flat. Size 18 bust is 21.5 waist is 18.
