@jbird2708 large cogsd is just what the box says it’s the name style/color. I wouldn’t be able to tell you if they are true to size because every foot is different. And the sizing available does not fit me. These are new and comes with the box (with some box damage) I bought these in a bulk lot with about 40 different shoes). They are cute and they are in a US shoe size. Hope that helps.
