Horses belt Buckle leather inlay

Shows 2 horse heads embossed in leather mounted in a metal buckle. Well worn but outline of horses still visible. FLAW: there is no ring on back. Can not be used as a buckle unless repaired. Only markings is 719 on the back. Approx. measurements 3 1/4 x 2 1/4
