Over the knee or knee high boots

These boots can be worn as over the knee, or fold the top down for a knee-high riding boot style. There is a small water stain on one shin, some small spots that are barely noticeable on the opposite heel, and some very mild scuffing on the toes. These boots are super cute on with black jeans, chambray, and a vest (my personal favorite), or with dresses, or any other number of things. I own too many pairs of brown boots so I need to give these the boot!
