Vintage blue white checkered 2 piece top and skirt

Beautiful blue/white checkered top and skirt set! True vintage silhouette and this skirt has SPIN💃🏻. This was a homemade item, no surging which results in some seams coming undone, esp since the skirt has FIVE tiers🎂. Small marks and split seam at side, all damage pictured. XSMALL, it does not fit my form and makes me look like a sausage at 34,25,35. Measures: shoulder seam to bottom length of top 19”, waist flat 12, widest part underarm 16, skirt waist flat 11 1/2, length 31. RARE. Dorothy!
