Very cute Black & White Skirt with White Blouse. Skirt waist is 18 1/4 inches and zips in back. Blouse is stretch and is 18 1/2 inches arm pit to arm pit. Skirt is size 18 and blouse is xl. Both were favorites and have been worn. Skirt is in better shape than blouse. Skirt is Sag Harbor and blouse is Jonathan Logan. Price reflects conditions of Blouse.
