They were gifts from my husband when he travelled. I have a ton of this type of jewelry and can’t wear it all.

navymomma2017 @patternandplay you can’t break this bangle. It’s made with metal. The ring is in a plastic bag secure in the inside of the bracelet. Padding with bubble and tissue bags on each end.

patternandplay @navymomma2017 You would be amazed... I hope you are right! The problem is that metal still gets dented and misshapen if someone even drops it once. I'm just saying this from some sad experiences. A box is really the only way to guarantee it. Not trying to be difficult, I just err on the side of caution. Of course some people are experts with bubble wrap (like my grandmother - the woman looooved tape), I have just encountered too many who are not 😂

navymomma2017 @patternandplay it’s in a small tight box. It’s not in a padded envelope. I didn’t want it to slide around. It’s super secure and the ring is in a plastic bag and the bracelet is bubble wrapped too. I want my closet shoppers to come back so I always give a free gift, ship next day and wrap well. I wish you wanted the other bracelet lol. My daughter is going to drop it off now for you !

I love the variety of stuff that shows up on Poshmark. I think PM is a buyer's market tho, there tends to be a big difference between what something might be worth and what people will pay.

I rarely take anything to appraisers because I don't have much that is worth the fees. You did a great job cleaning things. Be sure you pay yourself for that time!!

patternandplay @snowflakezofak They are Chinese export silver. Most begin their lives as gilded silver but over time the gold layer can wear off like with this one. I will poke around and if I see any at a reasonable price I will let you know. The one I bought was underpriced but it also had some damage.
