salines99 @smhelite Hi, the length from armpit to armpit is 19" flat; hips measurement on the line where the pockets start (top) is 21.5" wide -flat, and on the line where the pockets end is 24.5" wide - flat. The fabric has a hint of stretch (as indicated in description). Thanks.

hyojinko hello~ i was wondering what size is on the tag of this dress? A US 4 is usually an IT 36. Just wanted to double check to see if its a 36 or 40. thank you!
