TED BAKER Scallop Floral Print Stripe Dress NWT

Ted Baker Haiilie Garden Palace light pink short sleeve floral print fit & flare dress w/gray & white chevron stripe at bottom. Beautiful scallop detail on sleeve & hem. Lined & long rose gold exposed zipper at back. 2 pockets! So gorgeous! New with tags. Size 2. Ted tag says that size 2 is equivalent to US size 6. I don’t think that matches up w/the measurements & how it fit my small mannequin. I’d say it’s a size 2 or 4. Bust 15.25” across, waist 13”, hip 22.5”, length 36” approximately
