dualstyle @dawnturano the zippers were both working prior to shipping You have to be careful pulling them down due to the 2 straps covering zipper that are stitched into boot design. That's very unfortunate that it snapped on you 😭 all I can think is because it ships from NH it departed in severly cold weather + perhaps needed time to acclimate/thaw out? Usually coconut oil on the zipper track helps to adjust!

dualstyle @dawnturano make sure you are pulling down from below those two buckles while holding onto the top of boot. I'm sure if you send video to Nine West customer service they could help more than I can as they honest to God were unzipped prior to shipping because I tried them on one last time before deciding to put them in my poshmark pile cause they were a little to big on me. I'm really sorry that happened to you Dawn

dawnturano @dualstyle yes, I realized that as soon as I opened them. The zipper was underneath the straps and I lightly pulled straight down. The metal snapped in half, and the zippers won’t budge.
