disneygurl2u I go on trips often and do not want to carry all my Poshmark items with me when I go. Don't get me wrong, I want to sell items and think I have a great plan to do so! I sent it from Florida Saturday morning.. so it’s been tracked to you.. but the wrong necklace is in the package.. it’s a large White mailer envelope.. and the box is prominent in the envelope.. it should go smooth.. u can print a return label.. state it was wrong item.. and that we are doing an exchange.. your necklace never went out.. disneygurl2u I have not rated the item as was advised that if I did that would mean that I accepted the item but it is not what I purchased so I did not. I chose to pick the option that it is not the item that I purchased and sent them a picture of the item that I received. So I could not have rated it without accepting the item. I am waiting to hear back from Poshmark. All they need to do is resend me the label to send it back to you. I do not see why it is taking so long.

disneygurl2u That is totally fine. This mistake can happen to any of use on Poshmark. I worry about doing the same thing too and that is why I try to have some method or organizing any purchases. disneygurl2u When you dropped off the package, did you actually give it to a staff person or placed it in a slot after closing? I always think it makes a difference to directly give packages to an actual employee, that way it will not be misplaced. Even then, if something does go wrong, you can at least go back and ask that employee about it.

disneygurl2u To all Poshers who are wondering, why I have placed so many items on "not for sale" (3/28/20), these are large items only. I still am selling small items like jewelry and accessories. The larger items like clothing, cups, ornaments, books etc are not going to be sold at this time due to the coronavirus epidemic. I do not want to have to go into town just to mail one large item. Small items can easily be mailed anywhere even at home.

disneygurl2u However, if there is a large item that you absolutely want, then let me know- ask if I do have it which a 99% chance I do. Then bundle it with at least two more items. Also understand that I do not own have a car at this time so I count on others to take me to the post office which is out of their way. Also, I love my parents who are past the age where they are susceptible to the virus so this concerns me. I do not want to give it to them. I may not mail large items right away.

Also, best to update item constantly so it shows up when people search for Disney clothing. Items that are updated, have been shared by people and prices lowered at least by 10% get a prime spot and more likely seen by buyers. Also give private discounts. I hope that helps

disneygurl2u If there is no track history it can disappear or never arrive. The track code is a sure proof of an item was mailed. If I do not have that then I will be disappointed. With the track code I can get a refund as well as the seller if the items do not arrive. I have had at least 3 packages disappear (2 packages I sent and one a seller sent) not tracked properly and the items never arrived.

How will I know it arrives and how will the earnings be transferred? In this situation USPS could misplace the package and with no confirmation of sale, this can be a problem. disneygurl2u If I can not confirm I did receive the package as standard procedure, I do not see how the earnings can be transferred to you. Poshmark cannot just take the money out of my account until I confirm or if I do not respond in 3 days. But with no notice of items being sold and I having actual record of it, this issue can be a problem. I will see if tracking shows up on USPS

My price was a bargain but I never stated it was in brand new condition in my description. I documented all flaws and there were no scratches. disneygurl2u @jmagromd the necklace is unmarked but still could be. The box is definitely Givenchy and the box alone has value. The box is vintage and similar ones cost at about $40 on e Bay. The necklace is high quality and metal was tested. I have found through research, sometimes brands occasionally sold items that were unmarked. But yes, without the Givenchy mark, cannot verify.

Best to always buy from sellers with high ratings, is often available around to answer questions, and has some “love notes.” Even as a buyer myself, I look for these features from sellers. This is rare but it happens. Still, I find these incidences extremely stressful. 😖
