Super flattering Black casual tank dress

Super flattering casual tank top dress from Forever 21, size small. Band across waist creates great figure. Length comes to above knee (mid thigh on me, I'm 5'2"). Can be dressed up or down. Slightly stretchy material makes it comfortable to walk, sit, dance in. Great used condition. Slight piling that could be brushed off.
