edscloset50 The body is silk with sequins. The full lining is polyester. I am 5'3", and I am slightly short-waisted. The length of this dress is 56 inches from shoulder seam to hem. The slit in the back is 20 inches. The widest part of the top with the dress laying flat is 18 inches. The widest part of the hip area of the dress is 20 inches seam to seam when laying flat. I hope that answers your questions.
