Be Bop ladies dress

This dress by Bebop is green and it has studded embroidered sequins throughout the front at the v-necks. The dress has a gather at the center and a belt to tie a bow in the front. The belt does not tighten the dress. The back has an open back with two pieces of material that connect a V the back as well.
