Second, I don’t believe you have bought anything from me as I always ship even when I was in a wheelchair and had friends helping me. Third, you should be talking to Poshmark support not an ambassador as we can’t really do anything but answer questions. When you contact them you need the sellers site, I for on the item you purchased and whether or not you contacted the seller
