UO Staring at Stars Black Embroidered Peplum

This top is gorgeous! It has a full embroidered panel on the front and a pretty, pleated, peplum bottom. The back is a tad longer than the front and it zips completely up the back. It is preloved and has one spot on the embroidery where it’s coming loose but it’s not very noticeable and an easy fix.
