I have not tried to get stain and pen mark out- just noticed when taking photos. I am sure it would come out with stain remover. Measures approx 26 inches long, 17 in bust (may not be exact. Body is 60% cotton, 40% nylon, lining 100% polyester. Number 0821649/RM87626691
