Vtg 60’s Mod Sparkling Sleeveless Dress by Rivar’s

I love the high neck and wavy hem of this dress. As pictured, the hem does have a small piece of plastic boning sticking out. This is the only flaw. This is lined. I believe the top layer is black lurex with red accents. However, the tag does not list materials. Size medium. Gorgeous when it catches the light. No stretch due to lining. Bust: 34”, Waist: 28”, Shoulder to hem: 40”.
