The fabric content is 83% polyester & 17% metalic. I call it taffeta. Beautiful print in black, maroon, rust, & gold w/metalic gold & copper. Wide waistband w/wide ties on each side. Tie in front, back or off to one side. Full pleated skirt. Full length is 38". Certainly can be professionally shortened. Side zipper. Dry clean only. Will need dry cleaned. We use a wood burning stove!
