Omg I didn’t see your first comment from 2 days ago but I did get the notification of your purchase and I have it packed and in my car ready to be dropped off to the post office after work today. To answer your first question - there is no lining in the inside and it is not shaggy. It’s basically flat on the inside. It is the backing of the shag. Hopefully that makes sense.
