Kate spade bag used

Kate spade bag used with flaws. Bought this from a fellow posher:) and has been in my closet. On 2nd pic there is small slit or opening Then in the front of the bag multiple discolorations check 3rd and 4th photo. I tried to note all the flaws to the best of my ability.
