cocolou56 Hello Rebecca, have you received the Hermès Scarf you purchase from me? I shipped it the Ames day you purchased and I used prepaid shipping label. Poshmark is not responding and tracking says it was to have been delivered May 19. Ives contacted the post office to report fraudulent activity with Poshmark not responding and no updates. You should have had the scarf early last week.

mercyunbound @cocolou56 No, I haven’t received it yet unfortunately. It can take Poshmark a few days to respond, it’s never immediate. I’ve only had this happen once before years ago and it was the USPS’s fault and Poshmark had to contact some supervisors at the USPS to find its location. The last tracking update showed the scarf was in Guam which is obviously no where near me. 😪 I’ll contact Poshmark as well- they’re usually really good at getting to the bottom of these problems.

cocolou56 @mercyunbound well I feel terrible😫. I am always so conscious, of shipping immediately. And frankly, on items less than 500, I expect the item will arrive to the buyer within 3 business days. Just disappointing in the process, as it seemed quite easy. I read that other “Poshers” have had things sent to Guam(which makes no sense), when your address was clearly marked in the label. And thanks for the heads up on timing, of returned emails from PM. Have a wonderful day.

mercyunbound @cocolou56 no worries at all, I understand! :) I’m sure it’ll all get worked out. Poshmark is extra slow at responding on the weekends too but I’m sure they’ll get back to us very shortly now. It’s definitely the USPS’s fault- their system isn’t nearly as reliable as they claim and packages get lost so much. 😓 Even if they can’t find it, Poshmark is really good at reimbursing both the seller and buyer if too much time passes. Fingers crossed they find out more soon! Thanks for being in touch!
